Well, well, AB/C Finals are over. I have to say that I think that I did quite well. The heat was unbearable and a three day event is enough to tire just about anyone out!
On Friday, I swam the 200 freestyle and the 200 IM. I was able to shave over six seconds off the IM. On Saturday, I swam the 400 IM, the 50 freestyle, the 100 breastroke, and the 400 freestyle. I was again able to improve on the IM, taking more than thirty seconds off my 400 IM!!! I am real excited about that!! I rounded my day out today (Sunday) with the 200 breastroke, the 100 freestyle, and the 100 backstroke.
I am excited to say that I did not add a massive amount of time on any swim, especially as I swam many of the events that I swam today just two weeks ago in Iowa.
I had a great swim season. I have a nice break from swimming now, and will pick it up again in September.

Congratulations on swimming so well at A/B/C Finals under such adverse (HOT) conditions. I really enjoyed seeing you swim the IM events. Stay cool. Love, Mom
Great job Tom, I enjoyed seeing you swim at the Richfield Pool. Did you feel hot? I sure did
