I went to a two-day journalism workshop at the StarTribune offices this past Wednesday and Thursday. It was an interesting event. We were able to get a tour of the newsroom, learned a few writing techniques, and listened to the upcoming possibilities of online journalism.
As some of you know, I made the newspaper staff at my school for next year. I will be the Webmaster. I am real excited. I will let everyone know when I know what the URL for the website will be for next year. Right now, the newspaper does not have a website because they were unable to find a webmaster for last year.
After the event on the second day, I took the light rail to MOA for lunch. The pizza was good!!
